Trolley to the Arts

What:  Savannah Music Festival’s “Bayou Boogie!”
Where: North Garden Assembly Room at Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum
When:   Friday, March 29;  5:00 pm departure
How Much: $ 60 per person, includes trolley ride, fees, tip, and general admission (standing, dancing) to the show.  Limit is 2 tickets per person. Space is limited to 37 total.
What Else: Ride with your friends on a Trolley departing from Skidaway Island Methodist Church on Friday, March 29, at 5:00 pm to The Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum to see the ‘can’t sit down’ Creole music of Clayton Joseph Chenier, the son of the legendary inventor of Zydeco music, Clifton Chenier. Marcia Ball & The Red Hot Louisiana Band will also play along with rollicking boogies, swampy New Orleans ballads, and groove-laden Gulf Coast blues.  Attendees will have time to have dinner following the show. The show begins at 6 pm and ends at 7 pm, so make your own dinner reservations accordingly. The trolley will pick us up at the same drop off location at 9:30 pm and return us to the church by approximately 10 pm. You are welcome to bring a beverage on the trolley.
