Rambles in Coastal Georgia

What: Tour parts of the downtown SCAD campus.
When: Wednesday, February 21, 2024 10am

How Much:  No cost for tour, lunch on your own
What Else: Katie Holderness, Executive Director of Friends of SCAD, has been opening doors for locals to see where and how SCAD educates future stars of jobs demanding creative-thinking. Hint – Google always attends their job fairs. The tours are not always the same, and all who have attended one have been dazzled. This school has 100+ Majors, 3 campuses (Savannah, Atlanta, and Provence, France), about 2,000 students, and a huge investment in technology to ensure the students are well prepared for the work force.  Tour begins on campus 10:00 am and lasts about 2 hours followed by optional lunch. Plan for return to Skidaway by 2:00 pm if staying for lunch.  Lunch location and transportation options not yet finalized. All those who sign up will receive details via email. Registration opens January 20.
