What Else: Waxing Camellias Workshop followed by our Holiday Luncheon. Waxing Camellias is an old art form of preserving Camellia blossoms by dipping them in wax. Debbie Odom of Gene’s Nursery will demonstrate this wonderful technique and lead us in making our own Waxed Camellia to take home. When we finish, we will enjoy a pot luck lunch. The workshop will require advance signup.
Green Thumb Club focuses on gardening, wildlife, and the Georgia coastal lifestyle. Our monthly meetings begin with coffee and socializing, followed by our featured speaker. Be environmentally friendly; bring your own coffee cup.
