What Else: All Landlovers members who play bridge, canasta, mahjong, poker, scrabble, and dominoes are welcome…men and women! Games will be played at tables of four so form your groups NOW and choose a Table Captain. Table Captains are responsible for bringing your game equipment.
The day begins with entertainment by renowned NYC vocalists, Scott Joiner, Tenor, and Jessica Fishenfeld, Soprano, while guests enjoy a delicious brunch buffet in the Ballroom. Included is coffee, tea, and juice and a member/cash bar will be available. Our Buffett features:
- Salmon Fillets with Citrus Beurre Blanc
- Chilled Sliced Grilled Chicken Breasts
- Caesar Salad
- Rosemary Roasted Hash Browns
- Breakfast Sausage Links
- Applewood Smoked Bacon
- Sundried Tomato and Basil Frittata

- Dark Chocolates Croissants, Orange Cranberry Muffins, Blueberry Scones
Before registering for Games Day, please note the following: FORM YOUR GROUPS: While each person must register individually, your group of four must already be formed and you must provide the names of those in your group. Also, your group must decide prior to registering if an indoor (Ballroom) or outdoor (Palmetto Event Lawn) table location is preferred. (Bridge will be located in the Azalea Room.) Table location preferences will be considered on a first-registered basis.
NEW THIS YEAR: For those who are golfing in the morning or not interested in playing a table game you may still participate in Games Day by registering for our Putting and Corn Hole Contests from 1-3! The cost is / person to play either or both events. The contests will be held on and near the Palmetto Putting greens. Prizes will be awarded to the winners. No food is available but a member/cash bar will be open from 12:30-2 pm.
RAFFLE TICKETS! A 50/50 Raffle and Grand Prize Raffle for THREE Grand Prizes, as well as raffles for a multitude of fabulous gift baskets will be held as part of this fundraiser. You may pre-purchase 50/50 Raffle ( each) and Grand Prize Raffle tickets ( each, 3 for ) on the Landlovers Events Portal or purchase on Games Day ( cash only) in the Palmetto Ballroom Lobby. You do not need to attend Games Day events or be present to win the 50/50 and Grand Prize raffles. All raffle ticket purchases are available to Landlovers members only.
Gift basket raffle tickets will be sold on Games Day only (cash only) in the Palmetto Ballroom Lobby. Tickets for gift baskets will be /1 ticket, /3 tickets and /5 tickets.
The first Grand Prize is a Gold Level Literati Membership for the 2022 Savannah Book Festival. It is valued at 0 and includes:
2 tickets for Opening, Keynote and Closing Headline events
