Join us for an afternoon of fun croquet at the Landings Association Athletic Field on Saturday, April 28^th. We will meet from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Please bring a finger food to share and your own beverages. Tables, ice, cups and plates will be provided. The cost is $3.00 per person. Mail or tube your check to Patty Brindle, 9 Springpine Lane (Oakridge). Your check is your reservation. This event is limited to Landlovers members, spouses or dates with a maximum of 60 people.

Don't miss the fun! Landlovers' closing social will be on Tuesday May 8th, 6-8 p.m. at the Oakridge Clubhouse. Put on your shades, shorts, and sandals, grab your main squeeze, and join us as we embrace Savannah's sultry temps with refreshing lemon drop martinis and a seasonal buffet.

It’s not too early to mark your calendars, dust off your most elegant hat, call up your favorite Bookie and plan to join your friends and neighbors for a fun filled evening at the races on January 28^th at Plantation Club.  Mint Juleps will whet your appetite for the finest of southern fare and please don't forget your dancing shoes.

"Tee to Tailgate" will be held Sunday, October 23, 2011 on the Palmetto Golf course and at the Plantation Club.

Landlovers hosts a number of Membership Hospitality Events for those new to the Landings or  newly interested in Landlovers.  It's a good opportunity to meet other new residents, talk to Landlovers members and learn about the Island as well as Landlovers activities.  Dress is casual.  The dates for this year's hospitality events are January 30 and April 23, 2012.  The January 30 Iced Tea is at 2 pm.

We hope you can join us at the Landlovers Opening Reception on Sept. 16 from 1 - 2:30 pm in the Plantation Ballroom. No reservations required. This is your chance to renew your membership, sign up for various activities and look over several volunteer opportunities. Please remember cash or checks only for membership dues, activities requiring fees and also to purchase this year's Holiday Cards, LL hats, visors and t-shirts.
