Green Thumb Club welcomes “One Hundred Miles” to our February 6 meeting. This non-profit’s mission is to preserve, protect and enhance Georgia’s 100 mile coast through advocacy and education. The marshes and barrier islands are not only beautiful, but are vital to the coastal ecosystem. There is no meeting in January.
We meet at the Messiah Lutheran Church at 9:30 am for coffee and conversation, have brief club announcements at 10 am followed by our program, which concludes at 11:30 am. Annual membership is $25 or visit as a guest for $5, drop-ins welcome. For more information, contact Kate Kastner (999.6564 or firstname.lastname@example.org).
